KVS Balvatika admission 2024-25 : Admissions for Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG classes at Kendriya Vidyalaya Balvatika for the academic year 2024-25 are now open. The registration form for KVS Balvatika admission 2024-25 will released online by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS). The registration process for Kendriya Vidyalaya Balvatika admission will start shortly and will conducted online through the official website of KVS.

Admissions to Kendriya Vidyalaya schools are available for Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG classes across 450 schools. The admission process for Kendriya Vidyalaya Balvatika will commence soon, with registrations expected to start in July 2024.

The registration will conducted exclusively online through the official website, and it will remain open until July 2024. Following the registration period, the admission process will commence. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has opted for online registration to ensure fairness and equal opportunity for all applicants.

Selected students will granted admission, with the process expected to occur in July 2024. It’s crucial for applicants to submit their online application forms on time after uploading the required documents. During the admission process, both original and copy of necessary documents must provided to the Vidyalaya for verification.

How to Apply for Balvatika KVS Admission Application Form 2024-25:

1. Visit the KVS official website – kvsangathan.nic.in.
2. Scroll down to the announcement section on the homepage.
3. Select the link “Apply for online admission in Bal Vatika” – kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in
4. Follow the instructions on the new page, then click on the registration button.
5. Enter all required details and click on the “Register” button.
6. You will get a login ID and password and use it to “Log In” to the admission portal.
7. Fill in all the required details and upload the necessary documents.
8. Review all the information and submit the application form.

Eligibility Criteria for Balvatika KVS Admission 2024:

Balvatika 1: Children must aged up to 3 years old, but not yet 4 years old.
Balvatika 2: Children must aged up to 4 years old, but not yet 5 years old.
Balvatika 3: Children must aged up to 5 years old, but not yet 6 years old.
**NRI Candidates are permitted to apply.

Balvatika Timing & Fees Structure for 2024-25:

• Balvatika school will operate for a duration of 3 hours per day, following a five-day week schedule. Specific timings will regulated by each Vidyalaya.
• Vacations and breaks will adhere to the existing schedule.
• Balvatika classes do not have a prescribed uniform.
• The fee structure for Balvatika Class I, as outlined in the office letter in March 2013, will applicable. Payments will collected exclusively through the UBI portal.
• Balvatika-3 will utilize the curriculum and resources recommended by NCERT. Academic resources for Balvatika classes have been shared earlier.

Important Guidelines for Balvatika Admission 2024:

• Balvatika informed that the Right to Education (RTE) policy is applicable to parents who belong to SC/ST/OBC/EWS categories and reside within a 5 km radius of the school.
• If applying under the RTE quota, it is mandatory to provide the necessary certificate in your child’s name during the admission process.
• For all selected children, it is essential to present a birth certificate that clearly states the name of the child at the time of admission.
• Children admitted to Balvatika-III will promoted to Class-I in the next academic session of 2025-26.

Online Application Instructions for Kendriya Vidyalaya Std 1 Admission 2024-2025:

1. Review KVS Admission rules and guidelines available online.

2. Avoid submitting multiple applications for the same child to the same Vidyalaya.

3. Note that in a double shift Vidyalaya, each shift is considered a separate entity for admission.

4. Prepare necessary documents beforehand, including:
a. Valid mobile number and email address.
b. Digital photograph and birth certificate of the child.
c. Government certificate for economically weak section (if applicable).
d. Transfer details of parent/grandparent for service credentials.

5. The application process involves two steps:
a. Registering on the portal to obtain a unique Login Code.
b. Filling and submitting the application form using the Login Code.

6. Only after completing both steps is the application process considered complete.

7. Use a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number during registration.

8. Details provided during registration cannot changed later.

9. Use the “Save Application” button to save partially filled data for later completion.

10. Clicking “Save Application” does not submit the form; use “Submit Application” for submission.

11. Once submitted, the application cannot edited, but it can canceled with an OTP.

12. Canceling a submitted application renders the Application Submission Code void.

13. After cancelation, re-application is possible before the submission deadline.

14. Use the Application Submission Code for communication with KVS and Vidyalayas.

15. Mandatory fields marked with a red * must filled in before proceeding.

16. Follow specific instructions for admission under Special Provisions or Single Girl Child category.

17. For twins/triplets eligible under Single Girl Child category, submit separate applications linked by a generated Linking Code.

18. Admission is not guaranteed by registration and submission; it depends on available seats and verification of documents.

19. Check admission results with individual Vidyalayas as announced by KVS/individual Vidyalayas.

20. Provisional admission requires presentation of original documents listed during form submission to the concerned Vidyalaya.
