PMRF Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have finished or be in the last year of a four-year Undergraduate.
• A five-year integrated M.Tech, 02 M.Sc, 05 UG-PG dual degree programme in Science and Technology from IISc/IITs/NITs/IISERs/IIEST and IIITs. For PMRF 2024 all applicants have a CGPA/CPI of at least 8.0 (on a 10-point scale).
• If CGPAs/CPIs are given separately for the UG and PG parts of the programme then CGPA/CPI from the UG part (first four years) will be used.
• Applicants must have a GATE score of at least 8.0 and be pursuing or have finished an M.Tech. / MS by Research at IISc/IITs/IISERs.
