Telangana pensioners can access their latest payslip month-wise and year-wise through the TS IFMIS Pension app and the official website, ifmis.telangana.gov.in. By visiting this website, pensioners can download their pension payment details, including the TS Pensioners Pay slip 2024 and IFMIS Pension Pay slip 2024. The TS treasury pensioners pay slip can be obtained in PDF format, allowing pensioners to view their monthly pension payslip and yearly salary statement. This official platform enables pensioners to conveniently check and download their payslip information.

Current Pension Plan Changes :

The Ninth Pay Revision Commission gave its report to the Government on December 5, 2009, and suggested various changes regarding pension benefits.

– Merge Dearness Relief as of 01.07.2008 and add a 27% fitment to the Basic Pension/Basic Family Pension.
– Fix the Minimum Pension at Rs. 3,350 per month.
– Increase the minimum Financial Assistance to Rs. 3,350 per month, without Dearness Relief.
– Provide additional pension to pensioners/family pensioners aged 75 years and above, with Dearness Relief applicable as per the additional pension.
– Adopt the revised commutation table used for Government of India employees.
– Extend qualifying service for retirement on attaining the age of superannuation from three years to five years.
– Provide Medical Allowance of Rs. 200 per month to Pensioners/Family Pensioners.

How To Download TS Pensioners Pay Slip :

1. Visit the official website and click on either Block – I or Block – II as shown on your mobile screen.
2. Choose Block-II for easier access.
3. Type your STO Code for the first time period.
4. Enter your Pension ID number for the second time period within the next two months.
5. Touch the “GET DATA” button highlighted in blue.
6. Your PPO ID will appear in green on your mobile screen.
7. Tap on it to receive an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
8. Enter the received OTP in the designated field, then press “Verify OTP”.
9. Instantly view your pension and other detailed information on your mobile screen.
10. Scroll down to view your pay slip and save the complete details in PDF format.

Note: If you do not know your DTO or STO codes, you can find them in the provided PDF document. For instance, if the DTO code for Khammam is 3101, input “3170” as the STO code. Apply this method for all districts except Hyderabad.

Download TS Pensioners Pay Slip : Via Block 1

• Select Block – I.
• Choose one or more of the following fields:
  – District Name
  – Pensioner PPO Number (If not known, click to search by name)
  – Pensioner Name
  – Pensioner Account Number
• Select Pension Type (Family Pension or Service Pension).
• Click on the “Get Data” button.
• Receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP in the designated box.
• Click on the “Verify OTP” button.
• View the Pensioner’s Monthly Pay slip.

Pensioners Life Certificate Annual Verification Certificate :

– Pensioners in Telangana are required to submit an Annual Verification Certificate, also known as the Life Certificate.
– This certificate ensures the continuation of their pension amount.
– The pensioners from various districts including Siddipet, Sangareddy, Jagithyala, Manchiryala, Kothagudem, Nagarkurnool, Vanaparthy, Suryapet, Bhuvanagiri, Secunderabad, Charminar, Golkonda, Bhupalapalli, Janagama, and Kamareddy, as well as Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, Karimnagar, Warangal, Khammam, Nalgonda, Adilabad, Medak, Mahabubnagar, and Nizamabad, are required to adhere to this process.

Rules and Regulations of Pension :

– Medical allowance of Rs. 200 per month sanctioned for all pensioners and family pensioners from 01.02.2010, to be disbursed along with the monthly pension.
– Government servants retiring on or after 01.02.2010 are subject to revised commutation tables for commutation of pension.
– The superannuation age increased from 3 years to 5 years, applicable to those retiring on attaining the age of superannuation from 01.07.2008 onwards.
– Pensioners eligible for revision of pay in the Revised Pay Scales, 2010, are entitled to pension revision notionally based on the revised pay from 01.02.2010.
– Leave allowed to pensioners based on the notionally fixed pension.
– The difference in commutation value of pension is allowed based on the notionally fixed pension, as per the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
– Pension calculation based on the pay in Revised Pay Scales 2010 only.
– The commuted value of pension calculated based on the revised table adopted for State Government employees, as recommended by the Ninth Pay Revision Commission.
– Employees can opt for lump sum payment of up to 40% of their pension.
