The Commissioner and Director of School Education, Telangana, has initiated the TS School CCE Marks Entry 2024 or TS School Children Performance Data Entry 2024 on its official website, All schools are required to upload and maintain school information, children’s performance, and CCE Data at the CCE Student Info Web Portal using their login credentials in Telangana State. As the academic year 2023-24 comes to an end, schools in Telangana are preparing for the Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) marks entry process. However, for teachers, the process of CCE marks entry can be time-consuming and complex. On this page, we will provide all the details about the TS School CCE marks entry procedure and offer some tips to streamline the process for teachers.

CCE System in TS Schools :

The Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) system implemented in Telangana schools aims to assess students’ development in academic as well as co-curricular domains. This system gauges students’ knowledge, comprehension, and abilities using diverse assessment methods like quizzes, assignments, projects, and examinations.

Furthermore, the CCE system considers students’ engagement in co-curricular pursuits such as sports, music, and art. It operates on a grading scale, with grades allocated on a 9-point scale.

TS School CCE Marks Entry Process :

  • The TS School CCE marks entry process is conducted online.
  • It requires teachers to input students’ marks obtained in various assessments.
  • The process occurs through the official website of the Directorate of School Education Telangana.
  • Marks entry is divided into two phases: Formative Assessment (FA) and Summative Assessment (SA).
  • Formative Assessment (FA) evaluates a student’s progress during the academic year.
  • FA includes class tests, quizzes, assignments, projects, and class participation.
  • The weightage of FA in the final grade is 40%.
  • Summative Assessment (SA) is conducted at the end of each academic year.

CCE Marks Data Entry on the Website :

The Samagra Shiksha Telangana State has announced the implementation of the Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) system across all schools in the state. As part of this system, four formative and two summative assessments will be conducted annually. To monitor the performance of individual students, the child info website will be utilized.

TS Online has developed software specifically for uploading data related to the performance of students on a child-wise, class-wise, and curricular as well as co-curricular subject-wise basis using the child-info data. This academic year (2023-24), Samagra Shiksha has decided to continue collecting and uploading this information through the same application.

TS School CCE Entry 2024 :

1. Visit the official website: Teachers should go to the Commissioner and Director of School Education Telangana’s official website at and click on the login button.

2. Log in to the TS School Portal: Using the credentials provided by the school authorities, teachers must log in to the TS School portal. Upon logging in, they will be directed to the CCE marks entry page.

3. Select the Correct Class and Subject: Teachers need to choose the appropriate class and subject for which they are entering marks. This ensures that the marks are accurately recorded for each student and subject.

4. Enter the Marks for Formative and Summative Assessments: Teachers should input the marks for both formative and summative assessments for each student in the selected class and subject. Accuracy is crucial for determining the student’s overall performance and grade.

5. Save and Submit the Marks: After entering all the marks, teachers must save them and submit them to the TS School portal. They should review the entered marks to ensure accuracy before submission.

Instructions to Enter Children Performance :

  1. MRCs are instructed to download and print proforma for FAs and SAs for schools.
  2. They distribute these forms to schools via CRPs for marking children’s performance.
  3. Schools fill in the marks and upload the data through the child-info website at the Mandal level.
  4. High schools are required to upload children’s performance data at their school level.
  5. The website includes a column for student attendance.
  6. Tentative attendance data has been provided via proceedings.
  7. CRPs collect data from schools and upload it at the Mandal level.
  8. The deadline for uploading children’s performance data for FAs and SAs must be met.
  9. District Educational Officers should instruct MEOs and HMs of High Schools to upload children’s performance on “” promptly.
  10. The Guidelines for uploading Child-wise performance (Formative Assessment and Summative Assessments) on the child info website: remain consistent, using the same user name, password, and URL address as before.

Maintenance of grading Register (CCE Register) – Instructions

1. Ensure that all subjects pertaining to a class documented in the same register.
2. Subject teachers are responsible for recording the progress of students in their respective subjects.
3. The class teacher should update the Cumulative Record according to the students’ progress.
4. When recording Formative Assessment, use numbers 1 to 4 to indicate the assessment tools, such as children’s participation, written works, project work, and slip tests. Marks and grades achieved by students should be recorded accordingly.
5. Use numbers 1 to 6 in Summative Assessment to indicate the Academic Standards of the subject. Record student marks under Academic Standards. For classes IX and X, record marks and grades as a whole instead of under Academic Standards.
6. In the Cumulative Record/CCE Register, ‘M’ stands for marks and ‘G’ for grade. Record academic standard and tool marks in the corresponding ‘M-marks’ boxes and grades in the ‘G’ boxes.
7. Co-curricular subject progress should be recorded separately under Summative Assessment. Marks and grades should be recorded for five competencies instead of six.
8. Calculate the annual grade based on the average of four Formative Assessments (20%) and marks achieved in the second Summative Assessment (80%). Summative Assessment-II and annual results for class X are not required.
9. Record marks and grades in the Annual Progress Register and send a copy to the concerned MEO/Dy.EO.
10. The class teacher should complete the Annual Progress Register for their responsible class and hand it over to the Headmaster. The Headmaster should verify the accuracy of the annual results filled by the teacher.
11. Both the Headmaster and the respective class teacher should sign the annual results of all classes.
