The Punjab Police Recruitment Board will administer the Punjab Police Constable Exam 2024 to recruit candidates for 1746 Constable positions. The online application process have started from March 14, 2024 and will remain active until April 4, 2024.

The Punjab Police Constable Recruitment 2024 invites eligible candidates to submit their applications through the official website. Only online submissions are accepted, with no provision for offline applications.

3. Register as a new user by providing your details.
4. Receive a User ID and password via SMS or email.
5. Log in using the provided credentials and submit required documents.
6. Pay the application fee online based on your category.
7. Review the application form carefully before submission.
8. Save a copy of the submitted application form.

Check Punjab Police Constable 2024 Education Qualification and Age Limit:

• Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 18 and 28 years old as of January 1, 2024.
• Education Requirement: Candidates must hold a graduate degree from a recognised university or institution.

Punjab Police Constable 2024 Selection Procedure  :

To ensure the selection of deserving candidates, the Punjab government has established a three-stage selection process:

1. Paper 1 & Paper 2 MCQ Computer Based Test (CBT)
2. Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Screening Test (PST)
3. Document Verification

Physical Measurement Test (PMT)

1. The minimum height specified for District and Armed Cadre Constable Male : 170.2 cm
2. minimum height specified for District and Armed Cadre Constable Female : 157.5 cm

Note : The candidates who are found to be of or above the required minimum height shall be eligible for the Physical Screening Test (PST). 

Details of the Physical Screening Test (PST) :

For Male Candidates (Including Ex-servicemen of age, not more than 35 years)	1. 1600 Meters Race to be completed in 6 minutes 30 seconds (only one chance).                                                                                                                  2. Long Jump 3.80 Meters (3 chances).                                                                    3. High Jump 1.10 Meters (3 chances).
For Female Candidates (Including Ex-Servicemen of age not more than 35 years)	1. 800 Meters Race to be completed in 4 minutes and 30 seconds. (only one chance)                                                                                                                      2. Long Jump 3.00 Meters. (3 chances)                                                                    3. High Jump 0.95 Meters. (3 chances)
For Male Candidates (Ex-Servicemen of age more than 35 years)	1. 1400 Meters Walk and Run to be completed in 12 minutes. (Only one chance). 2. 10 Full Squats within 3 minutes. (Only one chance).
For Female Candidates (Ex-Servicemen of age more than 35 years)	800 meters run to be completed in 06 minutes (only one chance)

Punjab Police Constable Documents required during Document Security : 

• Matriculation certificate for proof of age.
• 10+2 certificate or its equivalent from a recognised Education Board/University.
• Proof of having passed Punjabi at Matriculation level or equivalent.
• Certificate supporting a claim for reserved category, if applicable.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Head of Department/Office concerned for serving government employees.
