The Admit Card issuance for APRJC CET 2024 has started from the April 17th, 2024. APRJC CET 2024, the Andhra Pradesh Residential Junior College Common Entrance Test, holds immense importance for students aiming to pursue intermediate education in residential junior colleges throughout Andhra Pradesh. Each year, a growing number of students participate in APRJC CET, highlighting its crucial role in the state’s educational framework, especially considering the high competition for limited seats.
About Ap Polytechnic / APRJC :
The APR Institutions fall under the jurisdiction of the School Education Department, administered by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Operating exclusively in Residential Mode, APR Junior Colleges follow a structured routine beginning with physical exercises at the break of dawn, followed by classes starting promptly at 8:00 AM. Academic and co-curricular activities persist until 10:00 PM, ensuring a comprehensive educational experience throughout the day. The colleges prioritise individual student needs, offering specialised support for both talented individuals and those requiring additional assistance to achieve academic success.
Ap Polytechnic Application :
– Visit the website aprs.apcfss.in to complete the online application process.
– Pay the prescribed fee of Rs.300/- online during the specified period.
– Provide preliminary data including Name, Date of Birth, Aadhar Number, and Mobile Number during the fee payment process.
– Each applicant should use a unique Mobile Number for their application, verified through OTP.
– Upon fee payment, a Candidate ID will issued, confirming payment completion, but not application submission.
– Log in with the Candidate ID and Date of Birth to access the application form, where the uploaded photo and signature should included.
– Choose the group carefully as it cannot changed once selected.
– Ensure all details are entered accurately to avoid rejection of the application/admission due to mistakes or incorrect information.
– After submission, print a copy of the application form for future reference.
APRJC Eligibility criteria for admission :
a) Candidates must Indian residents who have studied exclusively in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
b) Only candidates who have completed and passed the SSC or equivalent qualifying examination during the academic year 2023-24 are eligible for admission.
c) Candidates who passed the SSC or equivalent qualifying examination in previous academic years (prior to 2023-24) or those who passed through compartmental exams are not eligible to apply.
d) Candidates who studied Urdu as one of the languages in the SSC or equivalent qualifying examination can opt for Urdu Medium in Minority Junior Colleges.

APRJC Issue of Hall Tickets & Examination :
Hall ticket download 2024 :
- Candidates can download their Hall Tickets from the website aprs.apcfss.in by entering their Candidate ID and Date of Birth.
- Hall Tickets must downloaded from the website; no printed Hall Tickets will issued or posted.
- Candidates must have their Hall Ticket to appear for the examination; entry without it will not permitted.
- The APRJC CET must attended on the specified date, time, and venue as indicated on the Hall Ticket.

It’s important to note that seat reservations will allocated based on Government Orders issued periodically.
APRJC Fee / Charges Payable:
a) All selected candidates receive free education along with free boarding and lodging at the colleges.
b) However, Special Fee and Examination Fee must paid in accordance with the norms set by the Board of Intermediate Education, A.P.
c) A caution deposit of Rs. 25/- per year must submitted to the respective college at the time of admission.
d) Maintenance Charges of Rs. 1000/- for the 1st Year and Rs. 1000/- for the 2nd Year are to paid to the college upon admission.
e) Any fee paid during admission is non-refundable under any circumstances, including admission cancellation.
Documents Required For APRJC CET 2024 :
– Provide a recent passport-sized photograph in JPEG format, adhering to the specified maximum file size.
– Upload your scanned signature in JPEG format, ensuring it meets the maximum file size requirements.
– Include scanned copies of relevant educational certificates, like mark sheets and pass certificates, to support your educational qualifications.
– If you belong to a reserved category, upload scanned copies of the category certificate issued by the competent authority.
– Provide a domicile certificate as proof of residency in Andhra Pradesh, if required by the eligibility criteria.
– Candidates applying under economically weaker sections (EWS) or fee concession categories must submit an income certificate following the specified format.
– Furnish a valid government-issued identity proof, such as Aadhar card, passport, voter ID, or driving license.
– Submit a document confirming your date of birth, such as a birth certificate or school leaving certificate.
– Include proof of payment of the application fee, such as a transaction ID or payment confirmation receipt.
– Provide any additional documents specified in the application guidelines or required for specific categories or concessions.
Ap Polytechnic Guidelines for Counselling & Admissions :
a) Admission eligibility is based on group-wise merit in the Common Entrance Examination, Reservation, and Jurisdiction, not just appearing in the Entrance Test.
b) If candidates have the same marks in the APRJC CET, ties will resolved as follows:
– Higher marks in specific subjects relevant to the chosen group.
– If the tie persists, higher marks in other relevant subjects.
– If still tied, advanced age will considered.
– In case of a tie between male and female candidates, females will ranked higher.
– Candidates from specific communities will given preference in a predetermined order.
c) Shortlisted candidates will notified through Website, SMS, and Press Note to attend Counselling on specified dates and venue; no postal call letters will sent.
d) Counselling will conducted separately for Andhra Region and Rayalaseema Region, with at least 1:5 shortlisted candidates called.
e) PHC category candidates must submit a certificate of minimum 40% disability issued by the District Medical Board.
f) Sports category candidates must provide participation certificates from District-level and above.
g) CAP category candidates must submit a certificate proving the parent’s status as an ex-service person or presently in defense service, issued by the District Sainik Board.
h) NCC candidates are not eligible under the CAP category.
i) Orphan category candidates must submit a certificate from the concerned MRO confirming orphan status. If no eligible candidates are available under special categories, seats may allotted to the OC category.
k) If no eligible candidates are available for a specific region, vacant seats may filled by candidates from other regions and vice versa.
l) Selected candidates must promptly join the concerned College as per prescribed norms.
m) Selected candidates must produce all necessary original certificates at the time of counselling; failure to do so will result in rejection.
n) Remaining meritorious candidates may considered for further counselling based on seat availability after the initial selection.
o) After phased counselling, if seats remain available, open admissions may allowed at the College Level on a first-come, first-serve basis for remaining meritorious candidates from the Merit Lists.
