Applying for a DTC Monthly Bus Pass online :
- Visit the official website of the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC).
- Navigate to the “Bus Passes” or “Passes” section on the website.
- Look for the option to apply for a monthly bus pass online.
- Click on the “Apply Online” or similar button to start the application process.
- Fill out the online application form with the required details, such as your personal information, contact details, and type of pass you wish to apply for (e.g., monthly pass).
- Upload any necessary documents, such as identification proof or photographs, as specified in the application form.
- Review the information provided and make any necessary corrections.
- Proceed to make the payment for the bus pass application fee, if applicable.
- After successful submission and payment, you will receive a confirmation message or email with details of your application.
- Wait for the processing of your application. The status of your application may be available online on the DTC website, or you may receive updates via email or SMS.

These passes grant unlimited travel within the National Capital Territory of Delhi, encompassing journeys on the Palam Coach / Airport Express service, and Inter-state (NCR) routes.
**** These passes offer limitless travel within the National Capital Territory of Delhi, including rides on the Airport Express Service.
- The Government will contribute Rs. 200/-, while Senior Citizens will pay Rs. 50/-.

- Students can apply for Destination & All Route Pass for both Ordinary and Special buses, available in both Non-AC and AC variants.
- The Application Form must be completed and accompanied by a photo, both attested by the Authorized Signatory of the Institute.
- Along with the application form, students need to submit the latest fee receipt issued by the Institute.

To apply for an online bus :
- Visit the website dtcpass.delhi.gov.in and complete the application form.
- Choose the suitable type and duration of the bus pass, and upload digital copies of the necessary documents if applying for a Concessional Bus Pass.
- Make the payment securely online.
- Expect delivery of the Conventional Bus pass at your residential address within 5 working days. For e-Bus Passes, receive them through SMS via a link on your mobile number within one working day.

Documents Required for different categories :
a. For Student Concession Passes:
- Completed form with a photograph affixed, attested by school authorities.
b. For BPL/AAY Family Members:
- Documentation verifying BPL/AAY status issued by the competent authority of GNCTD.
c. For Senior Citizens:
- Certificate verifying age and proof of residence in Delhi, along with the pass form attested by a Gazetted Officer/MLA/MP. Senior Citizens are eligible for the pass without any income limit starting from October 1st, 2011.
d. For Handicapped Pass:
- Delhi Ration Card, Medical Certificate, and Identification Card issued by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of the respective area.
e. For War Widows Pass:
- Relevant certificate, Delhi Ration Card, and a copy of the Pension Book.
f. For Freedom Fighter Pass:
- Relevant certificate, Delhi Ration Card, and a copy of the Pass Book issued by the bank from which the pension is drawn.
g. For Sportsman (International) Pass:
- Certificate issued by the host country and the Government of India, confirming representation for India in international games such as Asiad & Olympic, along with a Delhi Ration Card.
h. For International Awardees Pass:
- Relevant certificate along with a Delhi Ration Card.
i. For Press Pass:
- Accreditation Card issued by the Press Information Bureau (PIB) or Directorate of Information and Publicity (DIP).

Instructions to Obtain DTC pass :
- A payment of ₹15/- is required for the ID cum Bus Pass.
- Bus Pass renewal should be done within three days.
- Bus Pass charges will be as per the DTC notification.
- Refunds are available for unused months in concessional passes and remaining weeks in the General category, up to a maximum of 3 weeks from the issue date.
- Student applications must include the School Code (Item No. 9).
- Purchasing a Bus Pass indicates acceptance of all prevailing rules and regulations.
- Bus passes are non-transferable.
- Pass holders must present their Bus Pass to Corporation officials on demand; failure to do so may result in penalties.
- The Corporation will not issue duplicate passes or refund fares for partially / fully damaged, mutilated, or lost Bus Passes.
- Refunded ticket cost is ₹10/- per refund.
