Eligibility for Kerala Public Service Commission Examinations :
- It has been decided that candidates must undergo the mandatory online registration process before applying for examinations.
- Candidates who fail to comply with online registration will disqualified.
- The official website for Kerala Public Service Commission – www.keralapsc.gov.in, where candidates must complete the One Time Registration (OTR) process to eligible for examinations.
- Once registered through OTR, candidates can apply for exams online without the need for repeated registrations.

Conduct of Objective Type Eligibility Test since 2013 :
- Eligibility tests are conducted in the Objective Type format, utilizing Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) sheets with Alpha Codes being essential.
- The maximum score for a test is 100 marks, with a minimum passing mark of 40. Negative marking is applicable, with 1 mark awarded for correct answers and 1/3 mark deducted for incorrect ones.
- Prior to appearing for the eligibility test, candidates must complete the One Time Registration (OTR) process.
- During registration, candidates must provide personal details such as date of birth, email address, highest educational qualification, email address, and service quota, along with a recent photograph and signature within six months. A ‘User ID’ will generated upon registration.
- The ‘Password’ for accessing the candidate’s profile and exam details will selected by the candidate. Both User ID and Password must kept confidential.
- Candidates must ensure the accuracy of their personal details and keep their User ID and Password safe, as they are required to apply for examinations.

- Registration Process :

a. Appear in the examination hall as per final information. First, the admission ticket should downloaded and produced at the last time. Candidates who are not available for examination are not allowed to appear in the examination.
b. Must read notification before applying online. The notification is available on the Commission website, District/Makhla Offices, Commission District/Makhla Offices and District / Makhla Information Offices.

Instructions for Candidates Appearing for the Kerala Public Service Commission Examination :
- Admission Ticket:
- Candidates must carry their admission ticket to the examination hall without fail.
- Only candidates with a valid admission ticket will permitted to enter the examination center.
- Electronic Gadgets:
- Mobile phones, calculators, electronic watches, scanners, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.

- Exchange of Items:
- Exchanging food items or any other materials during the examination is not allowed.
- Candidates are advised to bring their own food and avoid sharing with others.

Applying for KPSE 2024 :
- Examination Fee :
- The fee for each paper is Rs. 160, as per Government Order No. 28/2019/Fin. dated 08/03/2019.
- Payment must made via internet banking.
- Ensure payment is made before the deadline using the e-payment link in your profile.
- Payment methods like Treasury Chalan or Crossed Postal Order are not accepted.
- Note down the GR Number generated during e-payment for transaction inquiries.
- Fees once paid cannot refunded or adjusted.
- Changes in the papers/exams applied for can made until the application deadline.
- However, changes to the Head of Account for payment are not allowed once payment is made.
- Admission Tickets :
- Eligible candidates can download their Admission Ticket from their profiles using their User ID and password.
- Changes to the application details can made until the application deadline.
- The details provided in the application, including photos, will considered final for admission.
- Examination Procedure :
- Candidates must bring their Admission Ticket to the exam and retain it after verification.
