KSRTC Bus Pass Online Apply 2024
Applying for a KSRTC bus pass online in 2024 is now convenient and easily accessible to travellers across Karnataka. With the ease of digital platforms, individuals can conveniently apply for their bus passes from the comfort of their homes. However, it’s essential to be careful of the application deadline to ensure timely processing and receipt of the bus pass. 2024 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಎಸ್‌ಆರ್‌ಟಿಸಿ ಬಸ್ ಪಾಸ್‌ಗಾಗಿ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು ಈಗ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರಿಗೆ ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿದೆ. ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಪ್ಲಾಟ್‌ಫಾರ್ಮ್‌ಗಳ ಸುಲಭತೆಯಿಂದ, ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ತಮಗೆ ಬಸ್ ಪಾಸ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಯ ಆವರಣದಿಂದ ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು. ಆದರೆ, ಬಸ್ ಪಾಸ್‌ಗಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಅವಧಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುವರ್ಣಕ್ಷಣ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸುವುದು ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಬಸ್ ಪಾಸ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು sevasindhuservices.karnataka.gov.in ಎಂದರೆ URLನ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಥವಾ ಕೇಎಸ್‌ಆರ್‌ಟಿಸಿ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ಗೆ ksrtc.karnataka.gov.in/studentpass ಲಾಗಿನ್ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಕೇಎಸ್‌ಆರ್‌ಟಿಸಿ ಬಸ್ ಪಾಸ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯಲು ಲೇಖನವನ್ನು ಓದಿ.
Procedure For KSRTC Student Pass :
To obtain passes, students must apply through the Sevasindhu portal following the procedure :
- Pass applications should be submitted exclusively through the online Sevasindhu portal.
- The Sevasindhu portal’s URL is sevasindhuservices.karnataka.gov.in.
- From 12.06.2023, students can apply for bus passes on the Sevasindhu portal at no cost.
- If students opt to apply for passes through Karnataka-One, Grama-One, or Bangalore-One centers online, they must pay a service charge of Rs. 30/- at these centers as per government directives.
- Upon approval of the student pass application, an SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number, specifying the counter’s name/address for pass collection.
- Students should visit designated counters at KSRTC bus stands, Karnataka One, and Grama One counters to collect the bus pass, paying the prescribed fee. Payment can be made in cash, or through debit / credit card or UPI.
- The Government of Karnataka offers free travel to all women residents of the state, including girl students and transgender individuals, under the Shakti Scheme. Girl students residing in neighbouring states attending schools / colleges in Karnataka or vice versa need to apply and obtain student concessional bus passes for traveling in KSRTC buses. The procedure outlined above must be followed by such students.

Eligibility Criteria for KSRTC Student Bus Pass :
- To apply for a KSRTC Student Bus Pass, applicants must meet the following criteria :
- Students must have a permanent residence in the state.
- They should be enrolled in degree, technical, professional, medical, or doctoral programs.

- 40% of individuals with disabilities are entitled to a discounted bus pass priced at 660 pesos.

Steps to Renew the KSRTC Student Bus Pass for Persons with Disabilities :
- Visit the official website of Department and Services at sevasindhu.karnataka.gov.in.
- On the homepage, navigate to the Department and Services tab.
- Select Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation and then choose Renewal of Bus Passes for Physically Challenged.
- Proceed to the login page and enter your login credentials or OTP.
- Click on the login button to access your account.
- Select the Click for Apply Services option, followed by View all available Services.
- Choose Renew Your Bus Pass and fill in the Renewal Application Form with necessary details.
- Upload all required documents as per the instructions.
- Submit the application by clicking the submit button.
