Mukhyamantri Maiya Samman Yojana:  The Government of Jharkhand has launched the Mukhyamantri Maiyan Samman Yojana, formerly known as Mukhyamantri Behen Beti Swalamban Protsahan Yojana, for financial assistance to women and their welfare. Under this scheme launched by the Jharkhand government, women of the state will get ₹1000 every month. Interested women of the state who want to take advantage of this scheme need to apply to get the benefit.

The Jharkhand government is going to start the application of Mukhyamantri Maiyan Samman Yojana from August 3. Interested women can get an installment of ₹1000 every month from this scheme by filling the form after the application is started.

The Jharkhand government has launched the Mukhyamantri Maiyan Samman Yojana under which the women of the state will get ₹12,000 every year. The government will transfer this amount directly to the bank account of women, only women of the state will have to apply to take advantage of the scheme. Apart from this, certain qualifications prescribed by the government have to be fulfilled.

Under the Mukhyamantri Maiyan Samman Yojana, the government is going to give benefits to about 40 lakh women of the state, for which the women of the state will have to fill the online form. The government is going to give the benefit of this scheme to the women of the state between 21 to 50 years of age.

Eligibility Criteria Maiya Samman Yojana Jharkhand :

1. The Jharkhand government is going to give the benefit of Mukhyamantri Maiyan Samman Yojana to only those women of the state who are natives.
2. Such women of the state of Jharkhand who are living under the poor line and who are BPL ration card holders will easily get the benefits of this scheme.
3. Only women in the age group of 21 to 50 years can apply for the benefit of Mukhyamantri Maiyan Samman Yojana.
4. Apart from this, the government is going to give the benefit of Mukhyamantri Maiyan Samman Yojana to the women of poor families of the state.
5. Women whose family income is less than Rs 1 lakh per annum will get the benefit.
6. If the woman is taking advantage of any kind of pension scheme, then she is not eligible for the benefit of this scheme.
7. If a member of the family works in a government job or pays tax, then the woman of that family is not eligible to take advantage of the scheme.

The main objective of the “Mukhyamantri Maiyan Samman Yojana” is to make women financially independent, so that they do not depend on anyone to meet their needs and gain the ability to take important decisions in the family. The Government of Jharkhand will provide financial assistance to women through this scheme. To ensure that all the needy women of the state can avail the benefit of this scheme, the government will run a massive awareness campaign and disseminate the information of the scheme to every household.
