NVS Admission :Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) is a nationwide network of primary schools designed for extraordinarily gifted pupils who are mainly from India’s rural areas. These institutions are made to serve talented students who are unable to pursue higher education because of social, economic, or geographic limitations.

These autonomous establishments, run by the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Noida, are overseen by the Ministry of Education’s Department of School Education and Literacy (MoE). JNVs function as fully residential, coeducational institutions that offer classes from VI to XII standard and are associated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

The Ministry of Education provides funds for all activities carried out at JNVs. Interestingly, there are no fees for students for the first three years that they dwell there. Following that, as of class IX, pupils from the general and OBC categories are required to pay a minimal monthly tuition of ₹600.

• The sixth and ninth grade Navodaya Online Form 2024 has made available by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. The Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya official department will release the NVS Admission Notification 2024.
• Students in the fifth grade may apply for the sixth grade. All eighth-grade students are eligible to apply for the ninth standard. In order to do this, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is holding an entrance exam.

 Eligibility Criteria for NVS Admission 2025-2026 :

 Eligibility for Class 6 :

In order to apply to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) for Class 6 admission in 2024, pupils need to:

1. belong to the same district as the JNV to which they are submitting an application
2. born in the period from May 1, 2012, to July 31, 2014
3. Presently enrolled in Class 5 at an approved school within the same district; if applying under the rural quota, have completed Class
4. 3 through Class 5 at an approved rural school
5. not advanced to Class 5 following July 31, 2023
6. Participate in JNVST just once.

 Eligibility for Class 9 :

Students who wish to apply for admission to JNVs’ Class 9 must:

1. presently enrolled in Class 8 at an accredited school within the JNV’s jurisdiction.
2. At the time of admission, pass the Class 8 final exams.
3.  11 to 15 years old, having born between May 1, 2009, and April 30, 2011.
4. Age restrictions do not apply to reserved groups.

Admission to Navodaya School 2025–2026: It is crucial to adhere to the age requirements established by the government for NVS admissions in order to successfully complete the admissions process at Navodaya School in 2025–2026.
