1. To invest in or provide funding for the development of the 19.8 MW Solar Power Project in Tamil Nadu (the Phase-1 Power Project) through Delta Renewable Energy Private Limited (Delta), a recently formed fully owned subsidiary;
2. Repayment or early repayment of an unsecured loan obtained by the business from Clarion Wind Farm Private Limited (CWFPL), one of the company’s step-down subsidiaries, and Gamma Green Power Private Limited (GGPPL);
3. To provide new loans to GGPPL and CWFPL in order to help them pay back or prepay in full or in part the unsecured loans they obtained from SVL Limited, one of the company’s corporate promoters.
