The Telangana State Teachers Eligibility Test (TS TET), conducted by the Department of School Education, Telangana, is approaching. Candidates who have applied can now download their TS TET Hall Tickets to participate in the examination. The hall ticket link is active from the 16th of May, 2024, approximately four days before the start of the examination.

The education department of Telangana has organised two papers: Paper I, intended for Primary Teachers aspiring to teach classes 1 to 5, and Paper II, for Secondary Teachers aiming to teach classes 6 to 8. Additionally, candidates seeking to teach classes 1 to 8 must sit for both papers.

TSTET Hall Tickets Download Steps :

  1. Visit the website tstet2024.aptonline.in.
  2. Look for the “Hall Ticket Download” or similar option on the homepage. It may be located prominently or within the “Examination” or “Candidate Information” section.
  3. Click on the “Hall Ticket Download” link. This will redirect you to the hall ticket download page.
  4. On the hall ticket download page, you may be prompted to enter certain details such as your application number, date of birth, or registered email ID. Provide the required information accurately.
  5. After entering the necessary details, click on the “Submit” or “Download” button.
  6. Your TS-TET 2024 hall ticket will be generated and displayed on the screen.
  7. Once you have verified all the details, click on the “Download” or “Print” button to save the hall ticket to your device or take a printout.

TSTET Hall Tickets (Admit Card) :

  • Hall Tickets can be downloaded from the website schooledu.telangana.gov.in starting from 15.05.2024.
  • If any candidate is unable to download the Hall Ticket, they should visit the Director, SCERT & Ex-officio Director, TET, Hyderabad between 10:30 AM and 5:00 PM on all working days from 15.05.2024 to 03.06.2024.
  • Candidates must provide details such as the journal number of the fee paid, candidate ID of the application submitted, a copy of the printout of the Application form, and one photograph identical to the one pasted on the application form.
  • Requests for duplicate Hall Tickets will not be entertained after the examination under any circumstances.

Eligibility for TSTET :

Minimum Qualifications for TS-TET Paper-I (Classes I to V) :

  • Intermediate /Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/BC/Differently abled candidates).
  • Pass in 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education / 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) / 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education). OR
  • Intermediate/Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/BC/Differently abled candidates).
  • Pass in 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education / 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) / 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) for candidates admitted prior to 23-12-2015.

Minimum Qualifications for TS-TET Paper-II (Classes VI to VIII) :

  • B.A. /B.Sc. / B.Com., with at least 50% marks ( 45% for SC / ST / BC /Differently abled candidates ).
  • Pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course / Bachelor of Education (B.Ed -Special Education). OR
  • B.A./B.Sc./B.Com., with at least 50% marks (40% for SC / ST / BC /Differently abled candidates).
  • Pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course / Bachelor of Education (B.Ed -Special Education) for candidates admitted prior to 23-12-2015. OR
  • 4-year B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed., with at least 50% marks (45% for SC / ST / BC /Differently abled candidates). OR
  • Graduation with language concerned as one of the optional subjects or equivalent.
  • Language Pandit Training Certificate / B.Ed with language concerned as one of the Methodologies for Language Teachers. OR
  • B.E/B.Tech with at least 50% marks (45% for SC / ST / BC /Differently abled candidates).
  • Pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or B.Ed. (Special Education).

Exam Day Instructions for Candidates :

  • Adhere to instructions on the Hall Ticket and present it for admission.
  • Exam duration: 150 minutes; countdown timer displayed on screen.
  • No entry to exam hall after exam commencement.
  • Subjects displayed on screen’s top bar; click to view questions.
  • Can shuffle among subjects and questions during exam.
  • Question Palette on right shows question status.
  • Marked for Review indicates revisiting interest.
  • Use “>” to maximize question window, “<” to view question palette.
  • To answer: click question number, select answer, click Save & Next.
  • Use Mark for Review & Next to mark for review and proceed.
  • Saved answer for reviewed question considered in evaluation.
  • Save & Next to save answer; change answer by selecting question and repeating steps.
  • Prohibited items: calculators, electronic gadgets, personal belongings.
  • No leaving seat or exam room without permission.
  • Smoking, food, drinks not allowed in exam room.
  • Test starts at time on Hall Ticket.
  • Maintain silence and focus on question paper only.
  • Use of unfair means leads to cancellation of candidature.
