What is a TSRTC Journalist Bus Pass ?
All journalists are eligible to apply for a bus pass through the TSRTC official website. There are two categories of passes available : state level and district level. However, each journalist is entitled to receive only one Computerised Journalist bus pass. Upon successful submission of the application, an SMS notification will be sent to the registered mobile number. Applicants can track the status of their application using the registered number and collect the bus pass from designated counters.

Free Transport for Girl Students :
- TSRTC offers free transportation to and from school for girl students up to class 10 and below 18 years old, excluding public holidays.
- Students within the district are entitled to a 20 km travel limit on Pallevelugu buses, while city users can avail of a 22 km travel limit on ordinary buses.
- Eligible students can apply for a student bus pass at TSRTC counters before the academic year commences.
TSRTC Bus Pass Online Registration 2024 :
1. Visit the official TSRCT website portal at online.tsrtcpass.in.
2. Choose the TSRTC bus pass registration form on the homepage and fill in essential details like name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and email ID.
3. Answer required questions and attach a scanned photo before proceeding to provide address details such as district, village, postal, and PIN code.

- Choose the appropriate category, such as college student pass, and select between fresh registration or second pass.
- Fill in the application form with details like SSC Board type, SSC year of pass, date of birth, Aadhaar number, and contact information.

This pass is exclusively available for students below 12 years of age.
- Free transportation is provided for one round trip on all days except public holidays from home to school and vice versa.
- In city ordinary buses, the free travel facility extends up to 22 kilometers within the city.
- For Pallevelugu buses, the free travel facility extends up to 20 kilometers within the district.
- The pass remains valid for the entire academic year.
- Applicants can submit their applications at the designated bus pass counters.

This pass is applicable for girl students up to X class and below 18 years of age.
