A centralized admissions platform for technical college admissions in Uttar Pradesh is called Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counseling, or UPSTAC. Rules and Guidelines for UPTAC 2024 Counseling :

1. Academic Eligibility: Candidates must have completed 10+2 with at least 45% (40% in the SC/ST category) in Mathematics and Physics, the two required subjects, and any one of Chemistry, BioTechnology, Biology, or Technical Vocational subject.
2. test passed: Applicants must have completed the NTA-conducted JEE Main entrance test.
3. Age restriction: There is no age restriction for UPTAC counseling participants.
4. Domicile: At the time of registration and in-person reporting, candidates who passed the qualifying exam but resided outside of Uttar Pradesh must submit a copy of their parents’ domicile certificate.
5. Fee: A registration fee of Rs. 1000 is required for counseling.
6. Merit, selections filled, and seat availability will all taken into consideration when allocating seats.
