IGNOU conducts Term-End Examinations (TEE) twice annually, typically in June and December. The evaluation process differs from traditional universities, employing a multi-tier system. - Foreign students residing abroad can also enroll in online programs through ignouforeigniop.samarth.edu.in.
- Prospective learners need to create a user ID and password to access the system and upload necessary documents along with the Admission Form submission.
- No printed copies of the Admission Form need to sent to the Regional Centre.
- Programme fees can paid online using payment gateways like net banking, debit / credit cards, or UPI.
- Once the admission form is submitted online, students can track the progress of their admission.
- Confirmation messages are sent to the registered mobile number and email ID once the admission is confirmed.
- Prospective students should address any discrepancies in the Admission Form within a specified timeframe to avoid rejection.

Hall Tickets for Ignou :
- Hall Tickets for Term End Examinations are not dispatched; they are uploaded on the University Website (ignou.ac.in) 7-10 days before exams.
- Examinees should regularly check the IGNOU website for updates on Hall Ticket availability.
- Students need to print their Hall Ticket from the website using their enrolment number and program of study.
- At the examination center, students must present the printed Hall Ticket and the Identity Card issued by IGNOU.
- Without a valid IGNOU Student ID Card, examinees will not permitted to enter the examination premises.
- If a student misplaces their ID Card, they must apply for a duplicate ID Card at the Regional Centre well in advance of the exams.
- Learners who enrolled online can download their ID Card from the website.
How to download IGNOU Hall ticket ?

- Click on the ‘IGNOU 2024 Hall Ticket download’ link.
- Look for the link labeled “Hall Ticket for Term End Exam June 2024” and click on it.
- Enter your 10-digit Enrolment number accurately and select the Course code from the drop-down list.
- Your IGNOU Term End Exam Admit Card 2024 will then displayed on your computer screen.

- Visit the official website of IGNOU – ignou.ac.in.
- Click on the “ Student Support ” tab on the homepage.
- From the drop-down menu, select the “Hall Ticket” tab.
- Choose the hall ticket / admit card link option from the left side of the page.
- Enter the 10-digit enrolment number and select the program applied for from the dropdown list.
- Click on the “Submit” button.

Prerequisites for Exam Form Submission :
- Ensure that registration for the courses is valid and not restricted.
- Submit the required number of assignments for the courses by the specified due date, as applicable according to your program’s guidelines.
- Have completed the minimum required time to pursue these courses as outlined in your program’s regulations.
- Practical examination schedules, excluding certain programs, will communicated by the respective Regional Centre.
- Retain the Hall Ticket for future reference, including attending Project submissions, Practical Examinations, and other related activities. A copy of the hall ticket may submitted along with Project Reports, Dissertations, Field Work Journals, Internships, and other submissions, either online or offline, as required.
