(Aissee) Sainik School E Counselling 2024 – The All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE) responsible for the Sainik School Counselling that takes place in the nation around this time of the year. The exams were held earlier in this year on January 28th 2024 in 450 centres, across 185 cities in India. The entrance exams are conducted mainly for students of Class 6th and Class 9th for admissions to the Sanik Schools and New Sainik Schools in India. How to check AISSEE Results 2024 ?

1. Visit the official website : exams.nta.ac.in
2. On the homepage click on the : “Sainik School Entrance Exam Result“
3. Login  & fill in the application number, and date of birth – “Check Results”

Candidates who have qualified the AISSEE Exams have to now register for the Sainik School E Counselling 2024 which now completely made online. The last day to Register for Counselling on the 19th of March 2024. The detailed steps to register are mentioned below.

Sainik School Counselling Registration 2024 :

1. Visit the website – mes.ncog.gov.in/sainikschoolecounselling.
2. Enter the application number on the portal and verify.
3. Candidates will now get an one time password (OTP) on the registered mobile number and email.
4. Enter the OTP received, set a new password and keep it safe until the end of admissions. 
5. This completes the sign-up process
6. Now login using the application number and the password set-up by you. 
7. Check if all the details are correct and submit it.
8. This marks the end of the registration process. 

Sainik School Counselling Choice – Filling Guide 2024 :

1. On the left top corner of the screen you will find a – “Choice Filling” – Click on it.
2. On the screen there will appear boxes according to the combination opted by the candidate.
3. Candidates can add their preferred sainik schools. Up to 10 sainik schools can filled in the choice.
4. Once the preferences are ready, click on the ‘Lock the Choices’ button.

1. Duly signed Checklist with undertaking (Original) – As per format

2. Income Certificate issued by the competent authority – As per format

3. Certificate of service signed by CO/OC of unit (for Defence category- serving)/PPO for Ex-servicemen (Original) – As per format

4. Certificate of category (SC/ST/OBC-NCL), if applicable, as per Government of India format, issued by the competent authority (Original) – In the case of OBC-NCL category, the certificate must be issued on or after Jan 01, 2022.

5. Medical Fitness Report (Original) – As per the format provided by SS Society

6. Study certificate duly signed by Principal/Headmaster for Class VI/Class IX school – As per format

7. Domicile/Residence Certificate issued by competent authority (Original) – In Original

8. Photographs:-(a) Passport size of the Boy/Girl-05 Nos (b) Family photograph [Parents along with children) (Post card size)-2 – Coloured

Other Documents Needed : 

The schools are responsible for the validation of the documents. Schools should form committee/s for the verification of documents produced by candidates. Besides, the school ask for any document/s required in support of the above documents and the same are required to be produced by the Parents/Candidates within the stipulated timeline.

Payment Of Fees & Other Expenditure :

It is the responsibility of allotted Sainik Schools to intimate candidates about their Fee structure and other expenditure after the declaration of seat allotment results.

*Medical Performa For New Sainik Schools :

New Sainik Schools to provide their Medical Performa to the candidates by following Para 7.1.3 of Rules & Regulations for New Sainik Schools 2022 for New Sainik Schools.

Note for schools:

1. Certificate issued through Digi  locker shall be accepted by the school after verification.

2. If the original documents are not in English/Hindi, duly certified English/Hindi version/translation of such documents shall be submitted by the candidates.

What next after E- Counselling of Sainik Schools 2024 ? 

1. Round 1 Counselling Registration and Choice Filling will followed by – Announcement of the first round results. 

2. Results means allotment of seats to the candidates. 

3. After the seat allotment, students will given three choices: Accept, Reconsider, and Exit.

1. ACCEPT: If the candidate likes the seat offer they can decide to accept the allotted Sainik School seat, which will proceed towards completing further admission processes, including medical examination and document verification.
2. RECONSIDER: This option for candidates who not satisfied with the allotted seat. They can choose to reconsider their options and participate in the next round of counselling. If selected, the allotted seat will automatically canceled, and no further claims will considered.
3. EXIT: Opting for exit indicates that the candidate not interested in participating in the Sainik School e-counselling process. By selecting this option, the student voluntarily withdraws from the counselling process and will not able to participate in further admission procedures.

(They must make a selection before the deadline of the given round. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the seat, indicating disinterest in the counselling process.)

4. For candidates who have opted for the option RECONSIDER, there will three more rounds ( ROUND 2,3 and 4)  for them to select the appropriate schools they wish for and every time the same upper three processes will start from the beginning including registration and choice filling. 

Factors that might affect counselling and seat allotment results :

AISSAC Counselling takes into account several factors. Some of them are :

1. Residency status of the students.
2. Student category (General, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, DEF) and gender.
3. All India Rank of students in their respective lists.
4. Student preferences for the order of Sainik Schools.
5. Availability of seats in various categories for which students are eligible.
