Guj Acpc Common Registration 2024 Login

The GUJCET 2024 counselling process, conducted by ACPC, will begin online. The official date for GUJCET counselling and seat allotment will soon be announced on acpc.gujarat.gov.in. Eligible students can apply for GUJCET counselling based on their rank and scores in the GUJCET 2024 exam. Tentatively, GUJCET 2024 counselling registration is expected to commence in May 2024. Candidate can download admit card of Diploma to Degree Common Entrance Exam (DDCET) 2024 by candidate login from 01.04.2024 to 07.04.2024 till 9.00 am.

New Candidate Registration GUJCET 2024:

1. Visit the Admission Committee website at gujacpc.nic.in OR gujacpc.admissions.nic.in

2. Click on “New Candidate Registration.”

3. Enter your name as it appears on your qualifying examination.
4. Select the ISD Code for India and enter your mobile number.
5. Provide a valid email address.
6. Create your User ID. If the chosen ID is unavailable, select an alternate one immediately.

7. Review the submitted details and make any necessary edits before final submission.
8. Verify your mobile number by entering the OTP sent to you within 15 minutes.
9. Receive an SMS confirmation for the creation of your User Profile.

GUJCET 2024 Profile Creation for Registered Candidates:

1. Log in to ACPC Portal using your User ID, password, and security PIN.
2. Enter or edit personal details such as candidate name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, nationality, domicile, and category.
3. Provide sub-category details like physically handicapped status, in-service/ex-service status, and tuition fee waiver eligibility.
4. Enter family annual income.
5. Provide correspondence and permanent address details.
6. Upload a recent photograph and school leaving certificate in the specified formats.

After Successful Profile Creation:

1. Candidates will be presented with various courses and their tentative schedules.
2. Choose the desired course and apply by filling in relevant academic details and uploading required documents.
3. Keep scanned copies of all documents ready.
4. After submitting the application, proceed to make the requisite registration fee payment through net banking, credit card, or any mode of UPI.

In case of Forgotten Password GUJCET 2024 :

1. Reset Password via Email:
Candidates can reset their password by entering their Roll Number. If it matches the backend database, a reset link is sent to the registered email.
Candidates follow the online instructions in the email to reset their password.

2. Reset Password via SMS OTP:
Candidates enter their Roll Number. If it matches the backend database, a verification code is sent via SMS to the registered mobile number.
After entering the verification code, candidates can reset their password.

Release of Merit List GUJCET 2024:

The authorities will publish the provisional merit list for GUJCET 2024, comprising all registered candidates, based on their marks in GUJCET/JEE Main. Seat allotment will be conducted according to the GUJCET 2024 merit list.

GUJCET 2024 for Choice Filling Process:

Candidates log in to the website using their valid credentials and fill in their preferred choices displayed under the “choice filling and locking” tab on the dashboard. All available options will be presented for selection.

Allotment of Seats GUJCET 2024 :

1. Seats are allocated based on GUJCET 2024/JEE Main seat allotment in online mode. Candidates can view the GUJCET seat allotment 2024 result by logging in with their User ID and password. Those selected for admission can access the GUJCET seat allotment letter.
2. Candidates satisfied with their allotment must confirm their seats by paying the required fee. Payment can be made online (via net banking/credit card/debit card) or offline (at the nearest Kotak Mahindra Bank). The admission slip will only be generated after successful payment.
3. Candidates dissatisfied with their allotted seats can participate in further rounds of GUJCET 2024 counselling and seat allotment.

Previous Year Seat Allotment GUJCET :

In the GUJCET 2024 counselling and seat allocation process, candidates are assigned seats in participating institutions based on their achieved merit and preferences. The list of GUJCET 2024 participating institutes comprises colleges and educational establishments that grant admissions based on GUJCET scores. Similar to previous years, there are 112 institutes offering a total of 68,343 undergraduate engineering seats to all eligible candidates.

Reporting at Allotted Institutes:

Candidates who choose to complete the admission process must report to their allotted institute after paying the required fee. During reporting, candidates must present documents such as admission slips, payment receipts/challans, information letters, etc.
