Procedure For KSRTC Student Pass :

To obtain passes, students must apply through the Sevasindhu portal following the procedure :

• Pass applications should be submitted exclusively through the online Sevasindhu portal.
• The Sevasindhu portal’s URL is sevasindhuservices.karnataka.gov.in.
• From 12.06.2023, students can apply for bus passes on the Sevasindhu portal at no cost.
• If students opt to apply for passes through Karnataka-One, Grama-One, or Bangalore-One centers online, they must pay a service charge of Rs. 30/- at these centers as per government directives.
• Upon approval of the student pass application, an SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number, specifying the counter’s name/address for pass collection.
• Students should visit designated counters at KSRTC bus stands, Karnataka One, and Grama One counters to collect the bus pass, paying the prescribed fee. Payment can be made in cash, or through debit / credit card or UPI.
• The Government of Karnataka offers free travel to all women residents of the state, including girl students and transgender individuals, under the Shakti Scheme. Girl students residing in neighbouring states attending schools / colleges in Karnataka or vice versa need to apply and obtain student concessional bus passes for traveling in KSRTC buses. The procedure outlined above must be followed by such students.

• Visit the official website of Department and Services at sevasindhu.karnataka.gov.in.
• On the homepage, navigate to the Department and Services tab.
• Select Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation and then choose Renewal of Bus Passes for Physically Challenged.
• Proceed to the login page and enter your login credentials or OTP.
• Click on the login button to access your account.
• Select the Click for Apply Services option, followed by View all available Services.
• Choose Renew Your Bus Pass and fill in the Renewal Application Form with necessary details.
• Upload all required documents as per the instructions.
• Submit the application by clicking the submit button.
